During your labour I will support you, and attend when you need me.

• Contact me in labour to discuss when you would like me to attend.

• I will attend when you need me in active labour.

• Once in established labour I will stay with you until the birth.  

• I will attend the birth and stay for a few hours after to assess wellbeing of mother and baby. 

• I can help with baby’s first feed.

• A second midwife is called if needed at no extra cost.

• If a transfer to hospital is necessary I will accompany you.

• I aim to remain with you throughout an unplanned hospital birth.
